Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Rizenn Technologies, LLC (“Rizenn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit rizenntech.com, contact us, or use our software products — including Aisenn, GrooveLab, BabyRelay, and MimicDeck (collectively, the “Services”).
We design our products to collect as little personal information as possible, store it for only as long as we need it, and never sell it. If something here is unclear, write us at hello@rizenntech.com.
1. Who we are
Rizenn Technologies, LLC is a software studio organized in the United States. Rizenn is the parent company of the products listed above. For questions about this policy or to exercise your rights, you can reach us at:
Rizenn Technologies, LLC

2. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
2.1 Information you give us
- Account information. When you create an account for one of our Services, we collect identifiers such as your name, email address, and (where required) a password or sign-in token from a third-party identity provider (e.g., “Sign in with Apple,” “Sign in with Google”).
- Content you create. Some Services let you create, upload, or sync content — for example, captions and assets in Aisenn, project descriptions in GrooveLab, feed and care logs in BabyRelay, and screen-recording configurations in MimicDeck. You own that content; we process it to operate the Service for you.
- Communications. If you email us or fill out a contact form, we receive your message, your email address, and any other information you choose to share.
- Payment information. If you pay for a Service, our payment processor (e.g., Apple, Stripe) collects your payment details directly. We receive only the information needed to confirm the transaction (such as the last four digits of a card and a transaction ID). We do not store full card numbers.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- Device and usage data. When you use the Services, we may collect device identifiers, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, IP address, crash reports, and basic usage events (e.g., feature opened, action completed) so we can diagnose problems and improve the product.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Our website uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies and may use privacy- respecting analytics. We do not use advertising cookies and do not build cross-site advertising profiles.
2.3 Information from third parties
- Identity providers. If you sign in with Apple, Google, or another provider, we receive the basic profile information (such as name and verified email) that you authorize the provider to share.
- Integrations you connect. Some Services integrate with third-party tools at your direction (for example, Ableton Live for GrooveLab). We receive only the data needed for that integration to function.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Authenticate you and keep your account secure;
- Sync your content across your devices and (where applicable) with people you invite;
- Send transactional messages such as receipts, security alerts, and product notifications you have enabled;
- Diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and protect the integrity of the Services;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not use your personal information to train third-party generative AI models, and we do not sell your personal information.
4. Product-specific notes
4.1 Aisenn
Aisenn is a shared workspace for creators and brands. Content you put in a workspace (captions, dates, assets, sign-offs) is visible to the other members of that workspace. You control who you invite.
4.2 GrooveLab
GrooveLab turns your text prompts into Ableton Live sessions. We process your prompt and the resulting session metadata to generate and deliver the output. We do not claim ownership of the music you create.
4.3 BabyRelay
BabyRelay is a parenting tool used by adults to coordinate baby care. The app may store information you choose to log about your baby (such as feed times, diapers, and sleep windows) and, where you enable the relay feature, deliver high-priority alerts to a partner’s device that you have linked. BabyRelay is intended for use by parents and other authorized caregivers (16+); it is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
High-priority alerts (including those that bypass Do Not Disturb on iOS, where supported) are sent only to devices that have explicitly opted into the relay with you and can be revoked by either side at any time.
4.4 MimicDeck
MimicDeck is a screen-recording tool for creating mock UIs (for example, fake AI video generators or iMessage threads) for entertainment, education, and content production. The fake content you configure stays on your device unless you choose to sync or export it. MimicDeck is not designed to defraud, deceive, or harm any person, and you agree to use it lawfully.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only in the limited circumstances below:
- Service providers. We use vetted third-party vendors to host infrastructure, deliver email, process payments, capture crash reports, and provide analytics. These vendors may process personal information only on our instructions and under written contracts that require appropriate safeguards.
- People you collaborate with. Where a Service is collaborative (e.g., Aisenn workspaces, BabyRelay relay pairs), we share the relevant content with the people you have invited.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we reasonably believe it is required by law, legal process, or government request, or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rizenn, our users, or the public.
- Corporate transactions. If Rizenn is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When we no longer need the information, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8).
7. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information — including encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data, and access controls for our staff. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; if you ever believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your information (subject to certain exceptions);
- Port your information to another service;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it;
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@rizenntech.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Children’s privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Information about a child entered into a Service by a parent or authorized caregiver (such as a baby’s feed log in BabyRelay) is treated as the parent’s data and is governed by this policy.
10. International users
Rizenn is based in the United States, and our service providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect personal information transferred outside your home country.
11. Third-party links and services
Our Services may contain links to websites or services we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties; we encourage you to review their policies before providing any information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice (for example, by email or in-product notice). Your continued use of the Services after the update means you accept the revised policy.
13. Contact us
